Valmate Die-Casting Foundry is equipped two facilities for the Gravity and Pressure Casting, the Gravity Die-Casting is particularly suitable to components with sectional changes and complex forms, and produces higher quality thick wall castings.
QC / R&D Department
Quality control checks are performed throughout the casting process from screening the raw materials for stability the concentration of alloy and melted by the US / VIP High / Low-Frequency Induction furnace.

All of mold and fixture designs have been performed by our professional engineering staffs, they utilize the same as your CAD/CAM system to avoid errors from translation.
