Our Forging Foundry uses qualified raw materials to ASTM, JIS, DIN standard, it is equipped modern facilities of precious heavy-duty forging and stamping machines 100, 500, 1000, 1200, 2500 tons capacity for the variable applications. We specialize in production for auto, motorcycle, tools forged components etc.
QC / R&D Department
Quality control checks are performed throughout the casting process from screening the raw materials for stability the concentration of alloy and melted by the US / VIP High / Low-Frequency Induction furnace.

Valmate has already prepared the advanced 3D CAD/CAM operation system for our customers' inquiries and orders, you can send your castings' drawings with CAD/CAM associated files by E-mail. All of mold and fixture designs have been performed by our professional engineering staffs, they utilize the same as your CAD/CAM system to avoid errors from translation.
